जब स्क्रीन पर □□□ या अजीब symbols दिखते हैं, तब आमतौर पर सामने वाले सिस्टम में वही legacy font नहीं होता जिसमें text लिखा गया था।

- पुराना text converter में paste करें / paste the old text into the converter.
- Unicode output copy करें / copy the Unicode output.
- उसी Unicode text को दोबारा share करें / share the Unicode version again.

WhatsApp, Facebook या Instagram पर text टूटता है / Social apps show broken Hindi
Modern social apps सिर्फ Unicode को भरोसेमंद तरीके से दिखाती हैं। Krutidev या दूसरे legacy fonts के text social feed में बिगड़ जाते हैं।
क्या करें / What to do
- Legacy text को पहले Unicode में बदलें / convert the legacy text first.
- फिर वही Unicode text social media पर paste करें / paste only the Unicode text on social media.
समस्या 3 / Issue 3
MS Word से website पर paste करने पर Hindi गायब हो जाती है / Word text breaks on websites
Word में दिखने वाला Krutidev text हर visitor की device पर नहीं होता, इसलिए website पर publish करते समय Unicode version ही सुरक्षित रहता है।
क्या करें / What to do
- Publish करने से पहले text को Unicode में बदलें / convert before publishing.
- Preview लेकर जाँचें कि mobile और desktop दोनों पर text सही दिख रहा है / verify on both mobile and desktop.
समस्या 4 / Issue 4
Email में Hindi टूट जाती है / Hindi breaks inside email
Gmail और Outlook embedded legacy fonts नहीं लाते, इसलिए email के लिए हमेशा Unicode typing या converted Unicode text ही भेजें।
क्या करें / What to do
- नया email Unicode में लिखें / type new email content in Unicode.
- पुराना Krutidev text हो तो पहले convert करें / convert older legacy text before sending.
समस्या 5 / Issue 5
PDF searchable नहीं है / PDF text is not searchable
Legacy font वाले PDFs में अक्सर search, copy, accessibility, और screen reader support टूट जाता है। Unicode document इस समस्या को रोकता है।
क्या करें / What to do
- नए official documents Unicode fonts में बनाएं / create new documents using Unicode fonts.
- जहाँ संभव हो, source text को convert करके नया PDF export करें / convert the source text and export a fresh PDF.
