अपना तरीका चुनेंChoose your path

अगर आपको बिना इंटरनेट काम करना है तो Windows तरीका देखें, वरना Google Docs या live tool चुनें।Use the Windows path for offline work, or pick Google Docs or the live tool for browser dictation.

माइक्रोफोन तैयार रखेंPrepare the microphone

माइक अनुमति दें, आसपास शोर कम रखें, और छोटे वाक्य बोलें ताकि पहचान बेहतर रहे।Allow the microphone, reduce background noise, and speak in short phrases for better recognition.

टेक्स्ट जाँचकर उपयोग करेंReview the text

बोले गए टेक्स्ट को एक बार देखकर ही कॉपी, सेव या कन्वर्ट करें।Review the recognized text before you copy, save, or convert it.

अगर आप बिना setup पढ़े सीधे mic test करना चाहते हैं, तो Rajword live tool खोलें और छोटे वाक्य बोलकर शुरुआत करें।Open the Rajword live tool if you want to test the microphone immediately and start with short phrases.

Chrome या Chromium browser सबसे अच्छा रहता है।

Word, Notepad, browser form, या किसी भी text box में लिखना हो तो Windows shortcut वाला रास्ता सबसे सीधा रहता है।Use the Windows shortcut path for Word, Notepad, browser forms, or any desktop text field.

Win + H याद रखें; पहले mic permission चालू होनी चाहिए।

मुझे बोलने के बाद spelling और typing सुधारनी हैI need spelling cleanup after dictation

पहले dictation कर लें, फिर spell checker या phonetic typing tools से छोटा सुधार करें ताकि final text साफ दिखे।Finish dictation first, then use spell checker or phonetic tools for a small cleanup pass.

लंबे paragraph के बाद यह कदम बहुत उपयोगी रहता है।

अगर आप MS Word, Notepad या किसी भी desktop field में सीधे बोलकर लिखना चाहते हैं, तो यह सबसे कम-घर्षण वाला रास्ता है।

हिन्दी भाषा पैक जोड़ें / Add Hindi language pack

Settings → Time & Language → Language & region में जाकर हिन्दी जोड़ें।

Speech भाषा हिन्दी रखें / Set speech language to Hindi

Speech settings में हिन्दी या आपकी चुनी हुई भाषा चुनें ताकि dictation सही चले।

किसी text box में जाएँ / Open any text field

Word, Notepad, browser form, या कोई भी editor खोलें जहाँ टेक्स्ट लिखना है।

Win + H दबाएँ और बोलें / Press Win + H and speak

Windows mic bar खुलेगा, फिर साफ़ आवाज़ में छोटे वाक्य बोलें।
